As an Evening Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, direction, and support to our valued members as they navigate the reputed company system. You will be responsible for:
- Answering a reputed company of incoming calls from members regarding their reputed company questions and other inquiries
- Building rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and reputed company manner
- Verifying and collecting demographics and updating systems as necessary
