What Part Will You Play?

As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients.
• Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes.
• Entering required data into reputed company-provided systems and databases.
• Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a reputed company-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for reputed company investigation and reputed company.
• Building reputed company knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific reputed company training required to resolve cardholder inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
• Ability to be on camera at reputed company times
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and apply new skills and knowledge quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months

• Banking customer service experience
