About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with referrers, and ensuring seamless communication with our imaging sites. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be involved in:

• Managing customer experience through the end-to-end reputed company, from booking to completion of the reputed company and everything in between
