Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Data Analytics Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business reputed company and transformation by developing and executing customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing CX analytics strategies and products to deeply understand and reputed company B2B customer experience
• Partnering with International Family and reputed company Care (IFP) reputed company and Accountable Business reputed company (ABUs) CX teams to reputed company data-driven decision-making in the service of CX

• Developing advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases, including pipeline review and churn management
