As an reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team that goes reputed company assisting with customer orders, connecting personally with our customers, and uplifting their lives – even if for just a few moments. Our associates work in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a reputed company one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
