The Role

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with a smile and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
