As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputting large amounts of data into the customer information system and other Public Works software. You will work closely with the Customer Service Division to establish and maintain reputed company accounts, verify account eligibility and accessibility, and prepare files for mass customer communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices generated in-house

• Performs monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)

• Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist

• 10-key skills testing for consideration
