We are looking for an accomplished Call Center and Customer Service Representative to work remotely and reputed company top-notch support to our customers. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following reputed company operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
• Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for reputed company investigation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
