ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 1. Greets guests approaching stand.2. Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques.3. Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhering to reputed company venue and company alcohol service policies and procedures.5. Expedites reputed company orders for cashiers in a fast-paced environment.6. Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory and notifies Concessions Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.7. Collects payment from patrons for drinks served and makes correct change.5. Completes Daily Bar Sales Report thoroughly and accurately.6. Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies.7. Maintains work area in a secure, clean and organized manner.8. Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock.9. Performs opening and closing duties according to procedure.10. Performs other duties as assigned.
