reputed company is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive reputed company Estate Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to support a fast-growing home sale division in the U.S. reputed company estate market.

In this role, you’ll help streamline the listing and transaction process for mobile homes, ensuring accurate MLS data entry and supporting our Director of Marketing with key administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Input and manage reputed company estate listings in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), ensuring reputed company details, documents, and photos are accurate and up to date

reputed company the full transaction lifecycle from listing to closing, keeping reputed company stakeholders informed and organized

Coordinate with photographers, inspectors, and other vendors to support the listing process

Research and assist with pulling permits, leads, or property-specific information as needed

Support the Director of Marketing in preparing and updating marketing materials

Maintain organized digital files and property records

Who You Are

Highly organized and tech-savvy, with strong attention to detail

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
