About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Student Loan Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. Schedule and Work Arrangements:
This is an in-center position, with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards. The schedule for this role is as follows:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
