In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a reputed company of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Analyzing payment history and notes to reputed company accurate and helpful information to customers
- Communicating statuses to customers and providing updates on their accounts

Work Schedule and Environment
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends. As a remote worker, you will need to have a productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity. Qualifications and Skills
