- Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing reputed company and effective support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

- Utilize multiple resources and systems to resolve patient inquiries and issues while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications
