Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Providing solutions to help simplify our customers' reputed company experience
* Taking inbound calls and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
* Maintaining a secure workspace free from distractions and adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
