We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our reputed company Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. You'll utilize our electronic health record system to validate and capture clinical and financial information, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Navigating our electronic health record system to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information, and maintaining patient reputed company and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
• Managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities, ensuring reputed company to the call and providing excellent customer service in a reputed company of situations.
• Leveraging critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify the reason for the call and take appropriate reputed company based on caller need and reputed company.
• Scheduling patient reputed company based on reputed company provider preferences, verifying and updating insurance, and collecting and documenting demographics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of recent reputed company or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a reputed company manner
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and customer service software
• Strong typing skills (minimum speed 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
