We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients, while also learning our account management systems and contributing to the improvement of the customer experience. This is a part-time position, working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company to suit your needs.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

• Language Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm

• Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required + 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you will need to meet the following network requirements:
