We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in Colorado, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you'll reputed company critical assistance to our users, troubleshoot issues, and help us maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado mobile application
- Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem reputed company in both iOS and Android operating systems
- Installing the myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
- Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into the required tracking system
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve our services
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
- OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
