We're seeking an reputed company bilingual customer service representative to join reputed company on a temporary reputed company until January 31st, 2025. This is a full-time remote position, and we're looking for someone who is available to work from home and is reputed company 35 miles of Raintree and the reputed company 101. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them with a reputed company of issues reputed company to rewards and travel booking.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues reputed company to damaged shipments

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of reputed company interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services
Training Schedule
Our training schedule is designed to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
- Day one: 9am-5:30pm
- Training hours after the first day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
- Multiple schedules available after training (shifts are first come, first serve)
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are required
