Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, chat, and reputed company messaging. Your main tasks will involve:

• Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for your customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate time reputed company
