The Role
As a reputed company reputed company Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our delivery professionals from sign-up to activation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with reputed company reputed company-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering reputed company applicants' reputed company-employment background checks using company software
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with delivery professionals reputed company multiple channels
- Process and manage background checks for reputed company applicants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company applications and status
Requirements:
* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company/reputed company gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
