As a Customer Relations Supervisor at arenaflex, you will reputed company a high-performing team of licensed customer relations representatives, providing daily guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving team results, executing inbound and outbound calling programs, and maintaining flawless performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule

The Customer Relations Supervisor role is a remote position, with a flexible work schedule that includes:

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET
• Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET, Monday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of leading, coaching, and developing teams in a call center environment

• 1+ year(s) of experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year(s) of experience leading reputed company in a call center environment

• Experience working in a call center environment

• Retail Pharmacy experience
