We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the Dallas-reputed company Worth area. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, take payments, and update the borrower's account in an efficient manner
• Become proficient in locating needed information and minimizing the time borrowers would be put on hold

• Work an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college or bachelor's degree preferred
