We're seeking two (2) Part-Time Customer Support Specialists (CSS) based in reputed company, Connecticut, to join our CT _rides_ project team. As a CSS, you will be a member of reputed company providing an individualized, customized, and detailed Customer Service Experience. This person will manage the statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and the customer service for CT _rail_ Shore Line East and reputed company Line for the Connecticut reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-task across multiple web-based and printed sources to locate relevant transportation information.

• Use Live Chat program to respond to customer inquiries online.
• Monitor multiple email accounts and reputed company written response to inquiries.
• Compile and issue time-sensitive service alerts reputed company multiple communication channels.
• Create and reputed company customized commute plans based on an individual's travel needs.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to reputed company a second level of customer service, reputed company appropriate.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with transportation services in Connecticut.
