Senior Director, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance

reputed company is seeking a strategic, hands-on cybersecurity leader to build and mature our global GRC program—aligning risk reduction with business priorities, guiding reputed company policy and standards, and ensuring compliance across a reputed company regulatory landscape.   • Own the cyber GRC reputed company: Establish and continuously improve the organization’s IT and cybersecurity governance model to drive measurable risk reduction reputed company with business objectives.
  • Set policy & standards: reputed company, implement, and enforce global IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures that meet international and regional regulations.
  • Advise leadership: reputed company the cybersecurity committee/working group; reputed company regular, executive-reputed company updates to senior leadership and the reputed company on risk posture and program performance.
  • Run reputed company risk management for cyber/IT: Build and execute comprehensive risk assessment processes, identify vulnerabilities, prioritize mitigations, and reputed company remediation to closure.
  • Manage reputed company-party risk: Partner with IT, operations, and business reputed company to assess and monitor vendor and partner risks across the lifecycle.
  • Measure what reputed company: Define KRIs and metrics to monitor risk reputed company and drive reputed company, reporting trends and insights to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or reputed company field.
  • 10+ years in cybersecurity with significant GRC leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of global frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proven reputed company record conducting risk assessments, leading audits, and sustaining compliance certifications (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI reputed company).
  • Strong leadership and program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership and boards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience establishing KRIs/metrics and executive dashboards for ongoing risk monitoring.
