Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.

Qualification Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.
• Minimum 3- 5 years in reputed company-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., reputed company Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies.
