Intern - Investment and Portfolio Management - Full-time / Part-time

This position is at NY Green Bank, a division of NYSERDA. NY Green Bank is a specialized investment fund dedicated to reputed company financial gaps and mobilizing private capital to advance the build-out of reputed company and renewable infrastructure in reputed company State. NY Green Bank collaborates with the private sector to reputed company financing markets. It also develops transaction structures and methodologies that overcome typical reputed company investment barriers and can serve as replicable models for other capital providers. INTERNSHIP reputed company NY Green Bank (“NYGB”) is a globally recognized $1.0 billion sustainable investment management fund with the mission to accelerate reputed company deployment in reputed company State (“NYS” or the “State”) by collaborating with the private sector to reputed company financing markets. NYGB works to increase the size, volume and breadth of sustainable infrastructure investment activity throughout the State, expand the reputed company of investors reputed company on NYS reputed company, and increase market participants’ reputed company to capital on reputed company terms. Interns work up to 18.5 hours per week during the semester, and up to 37.5 hours per week between semesters, reputed company not attending classes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present new investment proposals to NYGB’s scoring committee.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to assist with investment decision-making and monitoring of existing transactions.

• Communicate regularly with internal management and external stakeholder reputed company.
• Work on high-performance teams to drive reputed company reputed company and deliver on schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• reputed company student at an accredited college, preferably a Junior entering their Senior year (Class of 2026), working toward a bachelor’s degree (relevant majors may include but are not limited to business, finance, economics, energy, environmental studies).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and reputed company or sustainable infrastructure.
• Experience with MS reputed company and other MS Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company concepts.
• Excellent work ethic and aptitude to reputed company under tight deadlines to contribute to NYGB’s reputed company.
• Capable of working under limited supervision and taking on new and unfamiliar tasks.
• Experience conducting financial analysis is a plus.
