Your Role: The People Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of reputed company People Operations processes, serving as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company members and people managers and ensuring accurate, reputed company execution of employee lifecycle transactions. • Own the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle transactions, including reputed company, transfers, job changes, and offboarding

• Support standardization and adoption of shared services processes, ensuring consistent execution across teams and locations

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, HR, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or a reputed company role

• Experience working in and/or implementing a case management system
