Sr. Functional Solution Architect (Remote)

In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the way our partner collaborates with their clients. Your expertise will be key in translating reputed company customer processes into tailored solutions, ensuring high adoption rates throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving discovery sessions, crafting functional designs, and engaging directly with customers to optimize their experiences. Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary functional reputed company for assigned customer implementations from discovery through post-go-live optimization
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across merchandising, design, and sales roles

Requirements

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
