Treasury Analyst

This includes business reporting, transaction documentation, derivative collateral monitoring and optimization, system testing and troubleshooting and partnering with the Treasury Operations and reputed company teams as a primary reputed company with the Treasury reputed company office teams. This position will not have trade execution authority. The People You Will Work With The position will report to the Assistant Treasurer. The Treasury Analyst will primarily support the Treasury reputed company office team tasked with debt issuance, hedging and investment activities. The Treasury team currently works in the office twice a week subject to changes in policy. This is not a fully remote position; significant travel is not expected. This position requires availability during market hours with the core Monday through Friday business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Major Responsibilities and Duties Support Financial Market Transactions

• Assist in the review of debt, derivative, and investment transaction bookings for accuracy
• Monitor reputed company’s cost of funds curve, market liquidity, and potential impacts from market changes and communicating information to the funding and investment teams
• Assist portfolio managers in system updates for reputed company’s funding curve and monitoring new loan activity and monitoring interest reputed company exposures on reputed company locked loans
• Liaise between Treasury reputed company Office, Treasury Operations, and dealers for trade settlement breaks on debt issuances, interest reputed company swap payments or investment securities transactions. Escalate as needed with counterparties and internal stakeholders.

Derivative Collateral, Margin and Documentation Support

• Responsible for daily collateral validation and recommending collateral calls to counterparties.

• Review and interpret terms of ISDA agreement and associate Credit Support Annex ensuring collateral terms are properly interpreted and documented in system
• Monitor and report on exposures to bilateral swap counterparties including material changes in exposures and credit ratings; partnering with Treasury Operations to reputed company margin postings as required

• Work with Finance Data Analytics team on resolving data gaps between reputed company office trade capture system and Finance data warehouse
• Assist reputed company office portfolio managers in capturing investor information on debt issuance trades and logging into trade capture system to improve investor relations targeting and reporting
• Partner with portfolio managers and reputed company and Financial Reporting teams as needed to investigate data inconsistencies in reputed company end trade systems specifically as it relates to static data, cashflows and data feeds from market data providers such as reputed company
• Assist supervisor and portfolio managers in forecasting, ALCO, reputed company and regulatory reporting on investment activities, funding market activity and derivative exposures and usage
• Support month-end reputed company process by updating call schedules, reputed company indices, missing reputed company factors, missing securities prices and flagging positions that are out of not in the reputed company workflow configuration

Process Improvement, System Development, Regulatory and Audit

• Support testing and implementation of new Treasury applications including the annual upgrades for the Calypso system.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilization, data management, knowledge sharing, and reporting accuracy.
• Design, build, test, and implement new processes to automate and enhance daily processes across multiple platforms including leveraging AI and robotic automation to streamline documentation, reporting and repeatable tasks
• Works with Internal Audit/reputed company Risk to reputed company information and test internal controls
• Support portfolio managers to prepare and reputed company reputed company information required for regulatory reporting
• Conduct regular reviews of trading processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
• Assist with reputed company for new legal entities and ongoing KYC support including reputed company end system setup of legal entities
• Partner with reputed company Risk team for counterparty whitelisting, trade limits updates as appropriate

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in supporting a reputed company office team with debt funding, liquidity investments, fixed income markets, derivatives, Treasury Operations, Balance Sheet Management, and margin requirements for cleared derivatives and bilateral interest reputed company swaps
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, or a reputed company field required.
• Experience working with a reputed company office trade and risk system, such as Calypso, Murex or similar is strongly preferred
