The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic VP of Engineering who can reputed company technical leadership, deep individual contribution, and strong team mentorship. Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Own the platform architecture and long-term technical direction — reputed company for performance, reputed company, and reliability

• Introduce modern engineering practices: automation, observability, testing, secure-by-default

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering roles, including 4+ years leading managers
• Proven experience building or scaling engineering teams in a leading technology organization reputed company for high engineering rigor
• Hands-on technical depth in software development environments (C++, CUDA, Python, Javascript) and reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure) with ability to reputed company, review, and architect across the full stack during early-stage
• Strong systems architecture and infrastructure fundamentals — distributed systems, secure reputed company environments, and performance-driven design
