As an reputed company Worklife Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls to support members with the provision and use of Worklife EAP and management consultant resources. You will determine the purpose of reputed company call by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triage calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and assess reputed company needs to reputed company accurate and helpful information. You will also recognize crisis situations and evaluate the need for reputed company to minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive calls transferred from counselors and reputed company immediate member assistance

• Communicate effectively with reputed company internal stakeholders
• Utilize relevant reputed company databases to research and identify validated, appropriate member resources

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in a call center environment
