Primary Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume inbound calls (70-120 daily) from policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties, providing exceptional service and ensuring first contact reputed company.
- Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information, staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Meeting customer needs through phone, email, written correspondence, and other channels, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Maintaining department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management, consistently delivering high-reputed company results.
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company best practices, improve processes, and drive reputed company improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Strong remote experience (although not required), with a reliable internet reputed company (minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speed) and a hard-wired reputed company.
- A smartphone to reputed company VPN and stay connected with colleagues and clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and keyboard functions.

Schedule and Availability
