A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent Communications skills
