You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate job details. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with customers
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions

• Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure accuracy of details (customer reputed company, phone number, address, etc.) on reputed company scheduled calls, maintaining high standards of reputed company and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications
