In this full-time call center representative role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient enrollment and data entry, and resolving reputed company-party rejections. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and reputed company data into the appropriate system.

• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications:
