Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to prospects in chat software, reputed company media accounts, and email if needed
* Scheduling a consultation between the prospective reputed company and our Sales Representatives
* Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
* Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
