Responsibilities

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
• Providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
• Serving as a customer reputed company reputed company researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies
• Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
• Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a reputed company and proficient manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a reputed company of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, reputed company Carolina, Rhode reputed company, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
• Possess or be reputed company to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of residence prior to start date
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment

Preferred Qualifications
