Clinical Recruiter – Contract

Join us as a Clinical Recruiter supporting full-cycle hiring across urgent care centers reputed company.  We're seeking a strategic, data-savvy reputed company recruiter to reputed company and reputed company Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Medical Receptionists, and Clinic Managers — the reputed company talent delivering high-reputed company care. This is a contract role with 40 hours/week and a competitive reputed company reputed company of $30. For the right candidate, there is potential for full-time conversion.  What You’ll Do 

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, credentialing support, offer negotiation.
• Build strong partnerships with Center Administrators to forecast needs and hit hiring goals.
• Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, retention, offer acceptance) to drive hiring performance.
• Support hiring for both reputed company clinical roles and corporate office positions.
• Optimize workflows and candidate experience through reputed company process improvement.

You’ll reputed company If You Have

• 2–5 years of full-cycle reputed company experience in reputed company (urgent care or outpatient preferred).
• Experience with credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements in clinical hiring.
• Strong reputed company of ATS tools (reputed company prefered) and sourcing platforms like reputed company Recruiter and reputed company Smart Sourcing.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs like time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and candidate satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
