Position reputed company: The Learning Specialist supports reputed company members by leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing engagement of reputed company Reporting, Healthy reputed company tools, and reputed company reputed company workflows. This role partners closely with Account Managers, internal teams, and members to drive adoption, ensure effective utilization, and reputed company subject matter expertise in system design and reporting strategies. The Learning Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive learning programs, including workflow documentation, training sessions, and workshops, to meet clinical, operational, and reporting needs across a reputed company of specialties. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
• Experience training with reputed company Healthy reputed company & reputed company Rose.
• Minimum of 1 year experience. 2 or more years of experience preferred. At least 6 months of experience providing training, course development, instructional design, and technical writing.
• reputed company certification and/or experience with Electronic Medical Records ( EHR ) or Inpatient in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in reputed company or applications preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in Instructional Design to include: LMS architecture and deployment experience in a corporate environment, Conceptualizing, editing, and creating virtual learning or a reputed company content for adult learners, Experience in a post-production reputed company improvement environment with industry knowledge of reputed company workflows and content organization.
• Understanding of change management skills
• Ability to travel as needed (less than 10% required)
