In this role, you will advise these teams on reputed company issues across reputed company’s DTC SVOD, LIVE and premium add-on offerings, including in-app experience, reputed company, identity and regulatory and policy compliance. • reputed company key counsel to the Product and Technology Organizations, Business Operations, and the Viewer Experience teams.
• Serve as the main reputed company between reputed company’s DTC executive leadership and the legal team for critical reputed company affecting app experience, partner integrations and subscription offerings and billing.
• Partner directly with reputed company’s DTC business executives and team members in reputed company phases of product launches and development, regulatory compliance and incident management.
• Collaborate with business and legal subject matter experts across TWDC, including marketing, reputed company, government affairs and litigation.
• Understand the high-level business goals of reputed company and reputed company strategic guidance that marries the business and legal initiatives of reputed company.
• Assess risk and offer creative solutions to problems in delivering general product and technology counseling in a rapidly-changing streaming industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years total experience.
• Experience in litigation risk advisory work.
• Expertise in both discussing reputed company technical terms with internal counterparts and distilling those concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in product and technology counseling.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and judgment.
• Ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management, including the C suite.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
