Operational Risk Manager

reputed company is partnering with a national reputed company in the financial services industry to support a contract engagement for reputed company Operational Risk Managers. The ideal candidate will have a background in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit. • Ensure operational risk program execution aligns with reputed company Operational Risk Policy and program requirements
• reputed company specialized guidance on reputed company and emerging operational, regulatory, and legal risk issues
• Independently review and challenge risk assessments, control design, implementation, testing, and remediation across reputed company lines of business
• Serve as a subject matter expert by advising and training business and corporate reputed company on ORM tools, policies, procedures, and reporting metrics
• Support execution of core ORM activities, including:
• Risk Identification (Risk ID)
• Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs / ERCSAs)
• Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Operational Losses and Risk Events
• Scenario Analysis
• Risk remediation tracking
• Analyze operational loss data from the General Ledger to identify trends and variances
• Maintain the Operational Risk Register and reputed company remediation updates
• Partner with ORM Program Managers on annual reputed company RCSA roll-reputed company
• Conduct independent reviews of account activity (reputed company, reputed company, unfunded) to identify potential Sales Practices issues based on regulatory guidance
• Analyze large datasets to detect potential Sales Practices trends across colleagues, business reputed company, divisions, or executive reputed company, applying reputed company judgment for escalation
• reputed company comparative analysis across ORM methodologies (e.g., RCSAs, KRIs) to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements

salary: $60 - $83 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks, including risk appetite, limits, and reputed company
• Experience facilitating and overseeing risk management activities and evaluating risk responses
• Ability to identify and assess risks, controls, and issues, including reputed company cause and reputed company analysis
• Familiarity with technology control frameworks (e.g., reputed company management, change management)
• Written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to reputed company messaging to reputed company organizational reputed company
• Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources and draw meaningful conclusions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Risk Management, or Internal Audit (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with quantitative data modeling, data analysis, or data management
