Employment Attorney (Remote)

Employment Attorney (reputed company reputed company has partnered with a boutique employment reputed company in Pasadena, CA, dedicated to providing high-reputed company, reputed company-centered representation. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–7 years of employment law experience to join reputed company. This role offers flexibility from the start: The position can transition into a fully remote role once you are acclimated. Senior Attorneys with more than 5 years of experience can be considered for a fully remote position from the start. DUTIES:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 - 30 reputed company reputed company
• Handle primarily class reputed company and PAGA cases, along with a select number of individual employment cases
• reputed company litigation from intake through trial or settlement, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, and court appearances
• Collaborate with colleagues in weekly team meetings and remote huddles to reputed company insights, reputed company case strategies, and strengthen teamwork
• Work directly with clients, conducting interviews, providing updates, and building strong relationships, while supported by a dedicated legal assistant and paralegal resources
• Strategize and negotiate with opposing counsel, mediators, and judges to secure favorable reputed company for clients
• Depending on experience, either independently manage cases or work closely with senior attorneys while receiving mentorship and training
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, reputed company, and reputed company-centered advocacy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• An reputed company member of the California State Bar in good standing
• 3–7 years of experience handling employment law reputed company, with demonstrated litigation experience
• Familiarity with class actions, PAGA, and wage & hour cases (trial experience a plus but not required)
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, including drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, with a commitment to regular team meetings and case reputed company sessions
• Excellent reputed company communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain reputed company legal issues reputed company

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
