In this role, you will be responsible for strategic legal guidance on a wide reputed company of regulatory issues and initiatives, helping drive business goals while effectively managing legal risk. • Advise on internal facility and site operation assessments and manage any regulatory investigations.
• Support the development and enforcement of facility policies and SOPs, ensuring alignment with company values and legal obligations.
• Handle pharmacy and other facility-reputed company complaints, regulatory inspections, and responses, managing reputed company counsel reputed company necessary.
• Advise on pharmacy and facility aspects of business transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and integrations.
• Monitor evolving legal and regulatory trends in pharmacy and FDA laws, rules, and regulations, and translate them into practical recommendations for the business.

You Have:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one US jurisdiction.
