The Role As a Senior Tax Analyst at reputed company, you will be responsible for assisting the Federal Tax team with preparation and filing of federal and international income tax returns. You will also assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, annual federal extensions and quarterly income tax estimated payments, and support the planning team. The Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of corporate federal income tax return filings
• Working knowledge of US and international income tax compliance, including preparation of forms 5471, 8858, 8865
• Preparation of various components of the quarterly and year end federal tax provisions with technical understanding of ASC 740
• Strong technical working knowledge of corporate taxation in reputed company multi-jurisdictional corporation

• Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement identified strategies
