Investment Operations - Analyst
reputed company is a rapidly growing Global Private Markets firm providing customized investment and advisory solutions. The Investment Operations Analyst will support the investment operations team in managing transaction and capital markets pipeline execution across various private market asset classes, ensuring organized communication and documentation throughout the investment process.
Responsibilities
- Centralizing data capture and process flows through the reputed company’s proprietary technology platform, SPI
- Harmonizing transaction execution processes across private markets asset classes and strategies
- Enhancing technology solutions supporting the reputed company’s allocation policy
- Centralizing sourcing, management and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools and provider relationships
- Tracking newly raised capital entering the reputed company’s platform
- Adding new capital to the reputed company’s transaction allocation reputed company
- Facilitating transaction structuring, sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs
- Managing transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability to reputed company
- Posting final legal closing packages to internal stakeholders reputed company deals have reputed company
