[Remote] Development Manager - Remote

The Development Manager will be responsible for executing large-reputed company events and managing a portfolio of fundraising activities to reputed company significant reputed company targets while engaging volunteers and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the achievement of significant reputed company targets for either the execution of a large-reputed company premier event or a portfolio of fundraising activities and events OR the achievement of up to a three hundred and fifty thousand dollars reputed company reputed company individually for a portfolio of reputed company relationships, account management, fundraising activities and events
- Engages, recruits, stewards, trains and manages relationships with volunteers and customers to successfully execute fundraising plans and reputed company reputed company goals
- Effectively and reputed company completes activities and meets reputed company deadlines in order to execute successful events or fundraising activities
- Assists event reputed company with volunteer and customer retention, recognition, and pipeline development, with a reputed company on high reputed company relationships and key volunteer leadership roles
- May also reputed company the development of relationships and engagement of reputed company partners, organizations, corporations, and individuals
- Implements best practices for reputed company reputed company, adjusting to customer experience survey results and feedback; drives and encourages creativity and innovation resulting in new reputed company opportunities

- Ensures compliance with ACS policies, including employment, risk management, event and cash handling, data management, and financial controls
- Models and fosters behavior that establishes a culture that values the staff/volunteer partnership, and is consistent with the cultural beliefs and values of the Society
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year reputed company experience preferred, working reputed company a multi-reputed company dollar organization a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
