Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
reputed company is a company reputed company on providing excellent customer service, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, responsible for delivering accurate information, creating reputed company experiences, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- A Customer Service Representative is expected to handle an average of 5 phone calls/hour
- reputed company and maintain a reputed company knowledge and understanding of company processes and procedures reputed company claims, accounts, reputed company, distribution and brand, in automobile, homeowner, mobile home, reputed company, umbrella and reputed company other lines of business that may apply
- Respond, reputed company, and communicate as a highly skilled insurance reputed company with reputed company, accurate information
- Connect with the customers by utilizing reputed company listening skills to understand the personality and needs of the caller
- reputed company and accurately document reputed company transactions and interactions in reputed company systems
- Obtain and/or process policy changes or quotes as requested by insureds, agents, lending institutions, automobile dealerships, and reputed company other customers as appropriate
- Review cancelled insurance policies due to nonpayment for possible reinstatement
- Communicate details on use of the NYCM web site, including MyAccount, Agent Lobby, and Mobile App
- Complete telephone interviews
- Assist teammates with questions or escalated calls
- Assist with special reputed company, new procedures and/or enhancements to existing procedures as needed (monthly to quarterly)
- Assist with new hire training and/or interdepartmental shadowing
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- GED
- Experience in a service field
- High service orientation with reputed company outlook
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing
- Knowledge and understanding of call center software
- Excellent communication and listening skills
