Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) - Miami, FL
reputed company is a creative marketing powerhouse specializing in nurturing beverage brands. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with various teams to manage payroll operations, audits, and employee inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll across multiple frequency schedules using the payroll system, ensuring reputed company reputed company deposits, reputed company printing, and distributions
- Administer reputed company payroll functions, including computing and transmitting payroll in the designated payroll system
- Collect, analyze, and audit payroll data reputed company pay period and reputed company monthly audits using the Time Management system
- Review supporting documentation for accuracy and validate payroll preview reports prior to submission
- Maintain audit reputed company by adhering to strict payroll controls and internal guidelines
- Prepare payroll and financial reports for management, including ongoing analysis of P&L expenses
- Monitor changes in payroll, retirement, and benefits laws and ensure compliance
- Handle payroll correspondence including employment verifications and unemployment wage requests

- Support employee reputed company by ensuring new hire paperwork, compliance training, and documentation are completed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of HR or Payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (required)
- Strong auditing and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Agency or high-reputed company company experience
