reputed company is a reputed company company that values its culture and invests in its employees. The Associate Underwriter will review and prepare quotes, handle inspection recommendations, assist in reputed company procedures, and ensure data entry accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes
- Rating and preparation of new or renewal quotes as directed by Underwriter
- Review and handling of inspection recommendations and discrepancies
- Monitor various reports for consistency
- Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing, including audits
- Assist in reputed company procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet-based systems
Skills
- 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
- Property and Casualty License or ability to earn a license reputed company 90 days (cost reimbursed and study support provided by reputed company)
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
- Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, reputed company Office proficiency with an emphasis in reputed company spreadsheets
- Someone who enjoys mastering their craft, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term home in a supportive team environment!
- Prior insurance experience is a plus!
