Loan Setup Analyst
reputed company is a reputed company financial services company and national bank reputed company on changing personal finance. The Loan Setup Analyst III will manage appraisal orders and ensure compliance with TILA/RESPA disclosure laws while supporting the internal loan team.
Responsibilities
- Enforce Lock Desk policy (Loan Setup is under the Lock Desk umbrella)
- Assist reputed company’s internal partners with loan re-disclosure, FHA/VA case number transfers, credit card refund/charge requests, MAVENT fails, and file escalations
- Work the assigned pipelines for quick file reputed company reputed company
- Contact FHA and VA to process applicable reputed company conditions associated with the loan file
- Monitor various shared email in-boxes and reputed company work reputed company SLA to include appraisal orders, disclosing to borrowers, advertising loans, etc
- Ensure the accuracy of fees for outbound disclosures
- Review pass/fail logic on applicable files to ensure compliance accuracy
- Monitor robotics outcome reports and scrub loans that fail, to queue back up for automation or work manually
